Cleaning and disinfection
- Rooms are disinfected through ozonation at every check-out
- The linen is supplied by a certified bio-contamination company
- We use specific medical and sodium hypochlorite-based products for all surfaces at the proper concentrations, supplied by a certified company
- Weekly disinfection of the air conditioning coils and air changes is carried out
- Each common room is cleaned and disinfected using specific in-depth protocols
- Outdoor areas are disinfected every 2 weeks (but more often depending on flow)
- Areas in contact with the public are continuously disinfected

Social distancing
- In the communal and dining areas: breakfasts and dinners are served in full compliance with the social distancing required by law
- Breakfast is served as «table service» or «room service»
- Meals are served to far fewer people than the total capacity of the rooms with guaranteed social distancing of 2 metres
Common sense
- Masks, gloves and hydro-alcoholic hand cleansers are at the complete disposal of guests
- Law regulates the use of masks within the premises. If the law does not specify an obligation for its use, it is strongly recommended when walking in corridors and common areas
- A containment protocol for suspected Covid-19 cases has been drawn up and can be put into action at any time by the Covid Manager
- The entire staff is trained and secured for Covid-19 containment
